Will my Benifore eBike arrive assembled?
Your Benifore eBike arrives mostly pre-assembled.
Only a few simple steps are required to complete setup, such as attaching minor components.
We strongly recommend following our assembly video guide or user manual for safe installation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Can I stack multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined.
Do I need a license to ride a Benifore eBike?
No, you do not need a driver’s license to ride a Benifore eBike.
However, we strongly recommend following local eBike safety regulations and riding responsibly.
How do I charge my eBike battery?
Please refer to the Benifore User Manual for full charging instructions.
Always use the original charger provided with your bike to ensure safety and battery longevity.
How do I choose the right eBike for me?

How long does an eBike battery last?
A typical Benifore lithium battery lasts 3–4 years, depending on usage, charging habits, and storage conditions.
How do I clean my eBike?
We recommend removing the battery before cleaning.
You can clean your Benifore eBike like a regular bicycle using a damp cloth.
Avoid high-pressure water directly on electrical components.
What is the waterproof rating?
Benifore eBikes are built with water-resistant components:
- Battery: IP67
- Motor: IP65
This means the bike is suitable for light rain and wet conditions, but should not be submerged in water.
Can the rear rack carry passengers?
Although Benifore eBikes support a load capacity of up to 400 lbs, we do not recommend carrying passengers unless proper safety equipment is installed.
Safety should always come first.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Benifore only ships within the continental United States due to logistics and shipping constraints.

Why won’t my new bike turn on?
Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.
Why won’t my display turn on?
Please check the following:
- Ensure the battery is properly installed and locked
- Check that the display cable is securely connected
- Try using the backup remote (if available)
If the display still does not work, the display unit or alarm system may need replacement.
My motor is not working properly
If the motor stops working:
- Check whether you are using throttle or pedal assist
- Check if any error code appears on the display
If no error code appears:
- Check throttle and sensor cables
- Throttle failure → replacement needed
- PAS failure → sensor replacement needed
If error code appears:
Please send us the code for diagnosis.
⚠️ Note: Motor shutdown on steep slopes may be caused by overheating protection, which is normal for safety.
My throttle is not working
Please check:
- Error codes on display
- Motor cable connection
- Battery charge level
- Speed setting (must be 1–5, not 0)
Testing:
- If PAS works but throttle does not → throttle replacement needed
- If neither works → motor system may require inspection
My eBike is not charging
Please check:
- Charger indicator light
Red = charging
Green = fully charged
If the light stays fixed or abnormal → charger may be faulty.
You can also test battery voltage:
- Below 39V → battery replacement may be required
My battery drains too fast
Battery degradation is normal over time.
Typically, a battery may lose 20%–30% capacity after one year.
To diagnose:
- Fully charge and record battery level
- Leave bike unused for 24 hours
- Compare battery drop
If abnormal, we will assist with replacement.
My display requires a password
Early Benifore models included a display password feature (later removed).
Default passwords for early units:
- X1 Series: 2020 / 1314
- X2 Series: 1919 / 2020

How do I know if accessories are compatible?
Most Benifore accessories are universal (motor, tires, saddle, rear rack, etc.).
However, compatibility may vary depending on model.
If unsure, contact our support team for confirmation before purchase.
Can I use third-party accessories?
We strongly recommend using official Benifore accessories to ensure performance and safety.
Using third-party parts may affect:

Why can’t I find replacement parts for my model?
Not all replacement parts are listed online.
If you need a specific part, please contact support directly—we will help you source the correct component.
Why does shipping take longer for accessories?
Some replacement parts are produced in batches rather than daily.
If a part is temporarily out of stock, we will prioritize restocking and shipping as soon as possible.
