Shipping costs

Free shipping on all products. All our products are tax included, you do not need to pay additional taxes when purchasing from our store.

Shipping time

Delivery time in the United States is 3-8 days. In Canada, it takes 4-8 days.
*Delivery is not available to U.S. affiliated islands such as the Hawaiian Islands.

Storehouse

We at Benifore have warehouses in the United States/Canada. We will deliver the goods according to your address so that the package can reach you as quickly as possible.

 

Shipping changes and order cancellations

Before shipment
Cancellation of order: No fee will be charged.
Change of address: No fee.
Exchange: Refund or reimbursement based on the actual amount.

After shipment
Cancellation of order: Cancellation is not possible. You can return the package for a refund after receiving it. And pay the shipping fee of US$250.
Change address: Cannot be changed. Please confirm your address when placing your order.
Exchanges: Refer to the refund and return policy.
