At Benifore, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Every eBike is shipped from our U.S. warehouse network and carefully inspected before leaving our facility.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1β3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand.

Benifore currently ships to customers located within the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:

β’ APO/FPO military addresses
β’ Other U.S. territories

Actual delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, remote delivery locations, or other factors beyond our control.
U.S. Warehouse Network
To ensure faster delivery and better customer service, Benifore operates fulfillment facilities within the United States.
Orders are shipped from the warehouse nearest to available inventory whenever possible.

The carrier used will depend on package size, destination, and product type.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Before Shipment
The following changes can be made free of charge before your order has shipped:

Please contact our support team as soon as possible if changes are needed.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped:
β’ Orders cannot be canceled
β’ Shipping addresses cannot be changed
β’ Product changes are no longer possible
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, return shipping and handling fees may apply.
For eBike orders, return freight charges may be up to $250 per bike.
Lithium Battery Shipping Notice
Due to federal transportation regulations regarding high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, Benifore eBikes and battery-related products can only be shipped within the continental United States.
International shipping for eBikes and batteries is currently unavailable.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost during transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

β’ Photos of the shipping box
β’ Photos of damaged items (if applicable)
β’ A brief description of the issue
Our support team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Benifore is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.
