Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

48 Contiguous United States
At this time, we do not ship to:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO military addresses
• Other U.S. territories
International shipping for eBikes and batteries is currently unavailable.

All Benifore eBike orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse.
Orders are fulfilled from available inventory and carefully inspected before shipment.
Our U.S. fulfillment system allows us to provide faster delivery, reliable tracking, and better customer support.

Order Changes & Cancellations

After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped:
• Orders cannot be canceled
• Shipping addresses cannot be changed
• Product modifications are no longer available
If a shipment is refused or returned to sender, return shipping and handling costs may apply.
For eBike orders, return freight charges may vary depending on destination and carrier rates and may be up to:
$250 USD per bike
Once delivered, any return request must follow the Benifore Return & Refund Policy.
Lithium Battery Shipping Notice
Due to transportation requirements for high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, Benifore eBikes and battery-related products can only be shipped within the continental United States.
International shipping for eBikes and lithium batteries is currently unavailable.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Deliveries
Please inspect your package immediately after delivery.
If your order arrives:
• Damaged
• Missing items
• Lost during transit
please contact Benifore Customer Support within:
7 Days of Delivery
Please provide:
• Order number
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos or videos showing the issue
• Description of the problem
Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
Our support team will work with the carrier and provide the appropriate solution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Benifore is not responsible for:
• Delivery delays
• Lost packages
• Additional shipping costs
caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
